For whatever reason if you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order after it has been delivered.....

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We understand that you may now need to amend your delivery addresses, and some couriers have a self-service option that allows you to do this. If this option is available to you, it’ll be included in the tracking information sent to you when your order’s left the warehouse. If the option isn’t available on your tracking link, then the courier doesn’t have the ability to do this. Unfortunately, the SDF INDIA Support Team aren’t able to amend the delivery address of your order once it’s been placed.....

CAN I CHANGE THE BILLING ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER?

Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!....

I received broken item(s) in my order?

We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please contact our Customer Care team....

I am missing item(s) in my order?

Oh no! Please email our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a list of the missing items.....

I received a package, but it wasn’t my order?

We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team with your order number and photos. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.....

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

GO TO A SDF ACCOUNT?   Log into your account through the online store, and check out the fulfillment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on the order information & you can find your tracking information there. As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! We're working on getting this to you ASAP.   ....

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Care team, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further! :) ....

Do you combine orders?

Orders are subject to being automatically combined by our system if placed on the same day and shipping to the same address. Please note that orders cannot be combined manually by our team, and shipping fees for orders that may be combined by our system are non-refundable. ....

Why is my order unfulfilled?

No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens! ....

When will my order ship?

Our products usually ship within 3-7 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. ....

Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?

Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You should still be able to update your address on the USPS website, though! If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be canceled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens! ....

How do I track the delivery of my order?

you are so close to receiving your goodies! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you. If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number for your order there, once it becomes available. You can locate this information under your Account Details, where your full order history is accessible. ....

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?

We’re so excited for you to receive your order! If your order is shipping to a domestic address, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If shipping internationally, shipping may take 10-21 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays! We recommend reaching out to USPS and/or your local post office for more information on the status of your order. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further. :) ....
